We now have a Standard assessment procedure (SAP) Assessor on our team, allowing us to offer a seamless service to landlords upgrading the energy efficiency of their property.

SAP is the UK Government’s calculation methodology for assessing the performance of homes and is used in production of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).

Having a SAP Assessor on our team allows us to work more effectively with landlords to help achieve an EPC rating of C or above, a requirement for all rented properties by 2023.
