The National Retrofit Hub, together with Impact on Urban Health, have published a new report which looks at how the proposed changes to Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) can deliver housing equity, quality, affordability and resilience.

The report, “Improving Health and Housing Outcomes in the Private Rental Sector”, addresses how the correct supporting systems and policies are required in order to effectively deliver improved standards.

It is well worth a read.
