SAP is the UK Government’s calculation methodology for assessing the performance of homes and is used in production of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).

Having a SAP Assessor on our team allows us to work more effectively with landlords to help achieve an EPC rating of C or above by the required timeline of 2030.
